In the sea of talent that is the internet and social media, it’s really easy to get lost and feel like you only know a small portion of the massive talent that is out there, around us, especially when it comes to BIPOC talent and up and coming artists, or those who haven’t reached mainstream level yet.
That’s why we decided to create for you a short list of interesting names you definitely should have on your feeds and timelines, especially if you’re a creative person in constant search of inspiration and new references – just like us. And yes, any excuse is a good excuse to highlight BIPOC talent in any artform or platform.
1. Reyna Noriega:
Reyna is an Afro-Latina visual artist and a published author. She specializes in illustrations, brand packaging and hand-designed logos. Her work is rooted in her culture and experience as a woman of color.

2. Adolfo Correa:
Adolfo Correa is a Chilean graphic designer who specializes in branding, packaging, motion design, film, editorial, typography, and plenty more. His clients include Nike, Game of Thrones, Playstation, Mercedes-Benz, and J Balvin.
Adolfo’s work is untamed, intense, and brilliant, as you can clearly see.

3. Nisha K. Sethi:
Nisha Kaur Sethi is an artist and designer based in San Francisco. She centers most of her work in social justice and activism, but you can also find examples of more commercial yet out-of-the-box branding for restaurants, and e-commerce platforms on her diverse portfolio, which perfectly shows her range.

4. Luis Pinto:
Luis is a Mexican graphic designer and artist based in Guatemala. He has won a slew of awards for his vibrant and incredibly detailed graphic design work. His clients include Google, Easy Jet, and Don Julio. Amazing portfolio to look at!

5. Mohamed Samir:
Mohamed is a multidisciplinary designer who started as an Engineer and a freelance designer before becoming head of design for a local startup in Egypt. His clients include Nike’s biggest store in Dubai, Fast Company, Pepsi, Mars, Apple and more. His digital outlets show plenty of his work and his talent.

6. Sophia Yeshi:
Based in Brooklyn, New York, Sophia is an illustrator and designer who aims to highlight women of color with her designs, as well as the LGBTQ+ community. One can describe Yeshi’s work as vibrant, colorful, and inclusive.
